The past week in ISM has been very exciting as we are approaching the date of our gallery walk. In addition, I am continuing to research with my mentor for my final product.
The gallery walk is an event that happens during the third period of school where all the ISM students set up their display board for other students to see in the cafeteria. Then if anyone wants to know about it we tell them about our topic.
In the past week I have been creating my board which I am very excited about. I decided on a blue and purple theme because most of my work such as my original work pamphlet, my website, and my LinkedIn all have either blue and purple.
In my board I included my quote and mission statement for people to get to know me and my motivation a little bit. I also included a very short biography and picture of my mentor. Then I included QR codes to my original work pamphlet and research paper.
In addition, to help the viewer learn more about my topic I included various images from different types of radiology scans and labeled them so the viewer can look at the different kinds of imaging technology and compare and contrast them.
In terms of my final product, me and my mentor have been working on it. So far I have compiled a list of all the different types of low cost public transportation and transit services in my area to include on my website.
Overall, the past week in ISM has been full of preparation for the upcoming gallery walk and progress on my original work and research.
